update v2 (bug fixes)

Quick overview of bug and fixes:

Terminal paint one cell at a time ---> click and paint over many cells at once

Switch E (Interaction) and Spacebar (Observation) into one key ----> spacebar (now does both)

there are lots of little bugs so thanks anyone reporting them :)
